Pants should be below the knees at the very least. We cannot find any Scriptures that explicitly teach anything other than this. Using the standard that covering ones nakedness means covering the tighs, below the knees would be the minimal length for both men and women. However, Revelation 1:13 speaks of one 'like the Son of Man, clothed with a garment down to the feet.' For those who really want to be like Jesus, perhaps this would be a better standard. The only thing we would add is this: If men should cover the entire leg, then so should women. We should at least be consistent in this matter.
