The Bible says that on the day of Pentecost, when the Holy Spirit filled the people they immediately began to speak in tongues as the Spirit gave the utterance. None of them needed to sign up for a 'speaking in tongues' class. It may be good for a church to offer classes in Spanish or German, but not in the heavenly language. This sounds like the arm of flesh trying to accomplish the work of God.
