We believe that the actions of one generation will effect the generations that follow, for good or for ill. But we also believe that regardless of what influences have passed between parents and their children, the children can overcome them by the power of Jesus Christ. Genuine repentance, yielding to Jesus, and walking in His ways can break the grip of vitually anything that hinders spiritual liberty and growth. We have observed this on many occasions.
