Frankly, I wouldn't want to be anywhere near you during a lightning storm. Nevertheless, I will respond to your proposal. You have employed a typical tactic of those who deceive by omitting the crucial statement, 'You shall not die.' That was the lie. The truth was, Eve indeed would die. God warned Adam of this. Sure Satan wrapped his deception up in a nice-looking cloak of truth, but that only shows how clever he is. It in no way makes God a deceiver.
