Is Hosea 4:3 being fulfilled?

Question: Do you beleive the recent sudden death of the birds falling out of the sky, fish dying, and cows dying are fulfilling the scripture Hosea 4:3? What does it mean when the bible says to this gerneration will no sign be given? If that scripture is being fulfilled, then isn't that a sign of end times?
Answer: What Jesus actually said was, 'An evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and no sign will be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah. For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth' (Matthew 12:39-40). We do not believe the birds falling from the sky and the fish dying are fulfillments of Hosea 4:3. These kinds of things happen all the time. They are not unusual and therefore are not signs.
