You may want to address your question to the leaders of the churches that have deaconesses. Keep in mind that the word 'deaconess' simply means a female servant. In the Bible the appointed deacons (servants) were always men, but even though everyone does not serve in this appointed role, every believer is expected to be a servant of the Lord.
