7:00 pm - Inspirational service

This conference is open to all like-minded brethren. It will focus on the concepts and themes presented on www.GloriousChurch.com. Conference content will include: An Overview of Apostolic Leadership; The Man Behind the Leader; Growing in Integrity; Strategic versus Tactical Leadership; Principles of Church Finance; The Intersection of Holiness and Power; The Tension Between Home and Ministry.

The atmosphere of this conference is informal. Attendees are permitted to ask questions and will be invited to participate in discussions.

Those wishing to stay over will be welcome to attend a Men’s Fraternity meeting from 8:00 to 9:00 on Saturday morning. They may also attend a seminar titled A Ministers Role in Crisis Care presented by Bro. Scott Vice from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. This seminar will review death notifications, funeral arrangements, grief counseling, and suicide prevention.

A light lunch will be served on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Carlisle is located in the south central part of Pennsylvania. It is one-half hour from Harrisburg International Airport and two hours from Baltimore-Washington International Airport. It is 45 minutes from Gettysburg and Hershey, 1 hour from Lancaster, and around 2 hours from Washington DC, Baltimore, and Philadelphia.

There are many motels within a couple of miles of the conference location. We suggest doing a Google search for “motels in Carlisle, PA.”

The conference will be held at the meeting place of Carlisle Christian Fellowship, 237 Longs Gap Rd., Carlisle, PA 17013. Dress is informal. There is no admission charge, but a free-will offering will be received.
